A meal plan is certainly a very important part of any training regime.

Afterall, you can only get out of your body that which you put in. There is almost no point in pushing yourself through the vigourous and intense workouts of a CrossFit session if you are going to immediately chase this with a generous serve of burgers and beer.

Don’t get us wrong, we love our fair share of burgers and beer, but we also know that this is supposed to be a treat and not a consistent life style decision.

Whilst we are not nutritionists, our trainers do have a great deal of knowledge on the topic of nutrition and how it relates to fitness.
